– This is a 12-week program for first-time drug offenders. The program consists of a combination of education and monitoring (to include drug testing).

g. Treatment Education
– The primary goals of this 4 week, 8-hour program are to help participants explore their high-risk, substance-related behavior and to reduce the number of alcohol and/or other drug-related offenses. Frequently Asked Questions

ONLINE COURT CORDERED SERVICES FAQ’s TAB

Where do I go to sign up and take the Court-Ordered Classes?

The Court-Ordered Classes are designed to be taken completely online. You do not need to make an appointment, visit an office, or make a phone call. You can click here to select and enroll in a specific course and begin immediately.

Are there any tests I will need to take?

Depending on which course you select, you may be required to complete a short test after reviewing all course material.

Required tests are always provided at no additional charge. If a test is not required you will be given the option of voluntarily adding a test to your course for a nominal fee.

Whether a test is required or taken voluntarily, you will always have unlimited attempts to achieve a passing score and your certificate of completion will indicate that you have successfully passed a written knowledge assessment.

How long are the Court-Ordered Classes?

You will be required to spend a minimum of one (1) to sixteen (16) hours reviewing the course material depending on which options are available for the specific course you will be taking.

You do not, however, need to accrue those hours in one sitting. Once registered, you may start and stop the course at your convenience.

When will I receive my certificate of completion?

Certificates are instantly available for download and printing the moment you complete your course. We will also immediately email a copy of your certificate to the provided email address. Emailed and downloaded certificates are always provided at no additional charge.

If you wish to be mailed an original document you will be given the option to purchase one at the end of your course for a nominal fee. This certificate is printed on premium paper and includes the course instructor’s handwritten signature along with a raised, embossed seal.

How do you know where to send my certificate of completion?

During registration we will ask for your personal email address as well as that of your employer, attorney, legal professional, judge, caseworker, probation officer, counselor, or other party that is requiring that you complete a Court-Ordered Class.

Some individuals or offices may have already established a profile with our website, in which case you may only need to provide a Referral Code.

Should you choose to be mailed an original document you will also be asked to provide a mailing address, which can be different from the address printed on your certificate.

Are the Court-Ordered Classes available in Spanish or any other language?

The Court-Ordered Classes are provided in English but many students have successfully utilized the free Google Translate tool built into the Google Chrome web browser.

Learn more about utilizing this tool by visiting https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/173424 and reading the “Translate webpages in Chrome” section.

If you do not use the Google Chrome web browser, or do not wish to use its built-in functionality, you can utilize Google Translate as a web service by visiting https://translate.google.com.

Still have a question that was not answered? Click here to contact us.

What is on the certificate of completion?

Our certificate of completion comes on an exclusive document and includes a signature from the Course Instructor and a raised, embossed seal. It will also include your name, date of birth, address, and the time requirement which was fulfilled.

If a test is required—or you voluntarily add a test your course—your certificate will also indicate that you have successfully passed a written knowledge assessment.

The certificate does not indicate that the program was completed online. View a sample certificate

Are your Court-Ordered Classes guaranteed to be accepted?

Yes. While many participants take our online Court-Ordered Classes for personal reasons, most will take these courses to fulfill a legal requirement.

We are very confident in the quality and acceptance of our programs. If for any reason our certificate is not accepted for an occupational or legal requirement we will refund your money in full with written proof of decline.

Will I receive proof of enrollment in the Court-Ordered Classes?

Yes. Proof of enrollment will be emailed to you at no additional charge upon successful enrollment in any of our courses.

Your proof of enrollment will also remain available for download from your Student Dashboard and can be accessed at any time by logging in to your profile.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. This includes debit cards, credit cards, and pre-paid cards displaying these logos.

Am I able to start and stop the Court-Ordered Classes at any time?

Yes. You are able to pause your course at any time by clicking the “Sign Out” button. Doing so will save your progress and allow you to resume the course from where you left off.

Is the information I submit through this website secure?

Yes. Course For Court is committed to protecting your privacy and online confidentiality. Our site uses special encryption to protect your personal information.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Is the information I submit through this website shared with my employer, reported to the credit bureaus, or made public in any other way?
